It also has an established regulatory system that governs the chiropractic practice within the state. The rules protect the profession’s ethics as well as the public interest by ensuring that only the qualified chiropractors practice and give the public the services due.
It is an individual’s duty to meet the boards stipulated requirements, failure to do so will lead the board refuse any license application as well as revoke any existing license if and when it is forced to act on behalf of the profession’s interests.

License renewal fee is $ 300
All licenses must be renewed after every two years; fees once made are non-refundable.
Continuing Education
All license applicants are expected to complete a minimum 20 CE hours before issuing their applications to IBC within the biennium license renewal period. 4 of these hours should be obtained by taking a CPR course offered by the American Heart Foundation or the American Red Cross.
