Join the Movement.The Opportunity:* Full time or part time opportunities available* PTO accrual & all major holidays recognized* Company paid malpractice insurance* Select Locations offer Sign on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Assistance!!* Opportunities for advancement across the nationResponsibilities:* Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.* Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.* Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.* Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.* Maintain accurate case histories of patients.* Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.* Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary.* Analyze x-rays to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.* Patient chiropractic care and education* Building positive doctor-patient relationships* Maintaining accurate and timely patient records* Sales of membership packagesQualifications needed:* 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college* A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college* Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NCBE* A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV* Valid DC license in the applicable state* Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in the applicable stateAbout The Joint ChiropracticWhen you join The Joint, you join a movement - a transformative way of thinking about chiropractic care that is gathering momentum nationwide. Checking members and patients in to see the Chiropractor.* Answering phone calls.* Re-engaging inactive members.* Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.* Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.* Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace* Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages* Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures, and direction.* Willingness to learn and grow* Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.* Office management or marketing experience a plus!* Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time* Able to lift up to 50 pounds* Upholding The Joint Chiropractic's core values of TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT and ACCOUNTABILITYYou are applying to work with a franchisee of The Joint Corp.
