As a Peoples Rx Practitioner & Wellness Consultant you will assist clients with health concerns in one-on-one consultations, on the sales floor through education, and over the phones as needed. In addition to your base salary, you will earn commissions on your patient visits. There is no cap on your earning potential! All administrative and overhead costs covered.* Event volunteer opportunities in the community* Discounts on Peoples Rx practitioner consultation services* In-house product training* Flexible scheduleSummary of Essential Job Functions:* Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients* Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions* Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations of the body in order to correct the musculoskeletal system where necessary* Educate patients on the quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment* Build positive doctor-patient relationships* Use electronic scheduling for all appointments. Experience with CHARM EHR a bonus* Keep electronic files on all clients* Use HIPAA standards for all customers and clients and stay current on annual HIPAA training* Work with scheduling staff to keep updated schedule availability/information for any appointments* Assist wellness team members in daily duties: unpacking inventory, fronting and facing products on the shelves, replacing products from backstock, cleaning shelves, maintaining trash and recycling, inter-store transfers* Seek ways to make the customer experience better through supporting your team members* When not in consultation, be available to help staff members with questions and more in-depth customer inquiries using DSHEA guidelinesContributing Expertise:* Participate in Seminars and Outreach when requested* Represent Peoples Rx: attend health fairs, participate in podcast or radio shows, pro bono talks, newsletter and blog contributions when requested* Help with customer inquiries online, on the phone, and in the storeMinimum Requirements:* Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (D.C.) and Licensed in Texas* Cheerful, friendly, helpful, respectful, outgoing demeanor* Able to work weekends/evenings* Able to use office equipment, computer, scanner, and phone system* Maintain the cleanliness of the office and organization of workspace* Dedication to high quality service* Maintain a professional appearance and appropriate attire* Enthusiastic approach to customer service
