Job DescriptionPracticing in a high volume clinic caring for patients with health problems of the neuromusculoskeletal system, which includes nerves, bones, muscles, ligaments, and tendons. They use spinal adjustments and manipulation, as well as other clinical interventions, to manage patients' health concerns, such as back and neck pain, and extensive extremity work.Essential Responsibilities And DutiesPerform intake assessments by listening to patients' concerns and reviewing medical recordsPhysically examine patients by testing their reflexes and postureRecord patient data and keep detailed records of every treatment sessionUse chiropractic techniques to diagnose neuromusculoskeletal conditionsPerform skeletal adjustments to relieve pain within a patient's bodyUse massage therapy techniques to reduce tension within a patient's muscles and help restore mobilityConsult with patients and offer techniques and ideas for them to improve their physical health and comfortRefer patients to see other types of specialists when necessaryAbility to do a lot of extremity work (back pain, headaches, shoulders, knees)Building a presence in the community and engaging familiesQualificationsPrior experience working in a private practice setting is preferredExcellent interpersonal skills are essential in order to build relationships with patientsSuperior time management skills and the ability to juggle a large patient loadAbility to empathize with patients who are in chronic pain and a strong desire to help improve their quality of lifeMust be able to think critically and make judgements about how best to help patientsStrong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit teamUp to date on the latest chiropractic practices and a desire to provide cutting-age careMust have the dexterity and strength to perform adjustments and manipulations on patientsTeachable and open to learnA lot of extremity work (back pain, headaches, shoulders, knees)Powered by JazzHRx7dtnjwLI4
