If you are passionate about improving the overall health and livelihood of your community, FHCSD is looking for people like you.Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) is looking for a Chiropractor to analyze x-rays to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems. Obtains, records and maintains patients' medical histories. Counsel and advise patients about nutrition, exercise, stress management, and recommended courses of treatment. Evaluates, diagnoses and performs a series of manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, to correct the musculoskeletal system. Consults with and refer patients to appropriate health practitioners when necessary.Responsibilities:Answers all patient questions regarding their medical status and treatment methods.Explains all products, services, and treatments to patients and assists them with their individual itiate, develop and maintain a personalized relationship with each patient.Promotes chiropractic services and treatments and encourages repeat business, creating an upward trend in client retention.Provides consultations, exams, and treatment plans for patients.Responds to patient's needs attentively and promptly and services patients in a friendly and professional mannerPerform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.State license required.Successful completion of the State Board Examination.At least one year of chiropractic experience preferred.Ability to educate patients on benefits of regular chiropractic maintenance, nutrition and exercise.Ability to provide high volume of chiropractic adjustments daily.Rewards:Job type: Per DiemCompetitive Salary with Excellent BenefitsRetirement Plan with Employer MatchPaid Time Off, Extended Sick Leave and Paid HolidaysMedical/Dental/Vision/FSA/Life InsuranceEmployee Discounts and Wellness ProgramsFHCSD was founded by community activists working towards a common goal: caring, affordable, high-quality medical care for all.
