Full-Time Associate Chiropractor

We are a multi-disciplinary physical medicine and pain management clinic looking for a conscientious, dependable and compassionate full-time Associate Chiropractor to join our fast-paced, multispecialty health clinic with a strong emphasis on the Chiropractic Biophysics Technique. Our team is comprised of Doctors of Chiropractic, Physical Therapists, Medical Practitioners, and Acupuncturists. Here at Terrapin Care Center we strive to empower patients to live happy and healthy and to educate them on every facet of wellness while guiding them to in achieving their pain management goals. Our mission is to help patients of all ages to achieve optimal health and wellness through a holistic approach while minimizing unnecessary drugs and invasive surgeries.

Qualification:

·         1 year of experience preferred but recent graduates are encouraged to apply

·         Must be licensed or in the process of being licensed by the Board of Chiropractic in Maryland

·         Strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:

·         Assess patient condition by conducting a comprehensive complete health history through interview, examination and X-Rays; and interpret the findings to develop a treatment plan

·         Confident in providing a treatment plan, recommended course of treatment and other services offered in office as deemed necessary

·         Evaluate effects of treatments by observing and evaluating patient’s progress; modifying treatment plan when necessary

·         Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of consistent chiropractic care that is congruent with the Chiropractic Biophysics approach and the office mission statement.

·         Document patient treatments and progress in electronic health records

·         Adhere to strict guidelines regarding patient health information

·         Confident in presenting treatment plans and recommending products and services

·         Exceptional time management and ability to treat multiple patients per hour

·         Willingness to learn and implement new techniques and treatment protocols

·         Confident and positive dispositions

Compensation: Based on experience, salary starting from $75,000 - $105,000 per year

Our shifts are as follows: (schedules will be determined after hire and are subject to change)

Monday: 8-1pm, 2-7pm

Tuesday: 1-7pm

Wednesday: 8-1pm, 2-7pm

Thursday: 1-7pm

Friday: 8-1pm
