Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders, focusing on spinal adjustments and pain management techniques. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized treatment plans to enhance their overall well-being. Our clinic provides extended health care (EHC), Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims, and direct clients. We are seeking a qualified, committed individual who is enthusiastic about providing top-notch care. Compensation will be offered at a split rate to the chiropractor or a rent agreement may also be considered. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions through physical examinations and medical history reviews. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Perform spinal adjustments and manipulations to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Educate patients on lifestyle changes, exercises, and ergonomic practices to support recovery and prevent future injuries. Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients. Stay updated on advancements in chiropractic techniques and medical terminology relevant to patient care. Punctual, reliable, organized, patient focussed, humble and customer-service oriented. You are comfortable managing your patient communications and scheduling in a “reception-less” clinic. You have sound tech skills and are comfortable using Janeapp/willing to learn. Skills Computer knowledge (Google workspace, drive) Strong knowledge of patient care practices, ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Proficiency in medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare colleagues. Expertise in pain management strategies, utilizing various techniques to address patient discomfort. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and foster a supportive environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating independence in clinical decision-making.
