Compensation That Matches Your Talent

• Base Salary $6,000 per month ($72k annually) + Uncapped Bonuses
  (most associates still top six figures—$100k-$120k—in Year 1)

• Paid Malpractice, CE & Training — zero out-of-pocket to keep you sharp

What You’ll Actually Do (Hint: A Lot of Fun Adjusting Patients)

1. Deliver confident manual adjustments all day, every day

2. Complete re-exams, X-rays, and rehab exercise demos

3. Lead with patient communication & retention — we’ll train you, but you must love connecting

4. Keep SOAP notes & diagnoses tight and compliant

5. Contribute to weekly team trainings that level up everyone’s skill set

• Thu  2 PM – 6 PM

• Fri  8:30 AM – 12 PM
