Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractor to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients to restore proper function and alleviate pain through chiropractic care. Key Responsibilities: Perform patient assessments and medical history reviews to determine appropriate treatment plans. Develop personalized treatment plans and set goals to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities. Administer chiropractic adjustments and other therapeutic treatments (e.g., soft tissue therapy, stretching, and exercise instruction). Educate patients on wellness practices, posture, and lifestyle modifications to improve overall health. Track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed for patient care. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols. Stay informed of the latest chiropractic techniques and practices. Qualifications:* Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution. Valid chiropractic license in Ontario. Strong understanding of chiropractic principles and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and well-being. Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Passion for providing patient-centered care and achieving optimal results. Ability to work with a variety of patient populations, including athletes, seniors, and individuals with chronic conditions. Experience in [specific techniques, e.g., Gonstead, Activator, etc.]. Certification in soft tissue therapy or other modalities. Experience in a multi-disciplinary practice or sports injury setting.
