OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractor to join our team at our brand-new location of our proven wellness and fitness business model. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will work alongside chiropractors, RMTs, and fitness professionals to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation and optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments to identify each patient’s unique physical challenges and goals Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness Deliver active rehab programs and manual therapy techniques tailored to each client’s needs Educate and empower patients with tools, exercises, and strategies for self-management and sustainable recovery Collaborate daily with an interdisciplinary team of chiropractors, RMTs, and fitness professionals for fully integrated care Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation aligned with professional standards and privacy regulations Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to grow your clinical expertise and stay at the forefront of physiotherapy research Contribute to a clinic culture that prioritizes patient outcomes, schedule optimization, and team-based success Qualifications Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing education Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary care environment A compassionate, patient-centered approach that aligns with our clinic’s mission to deliver outstanding care Experience in private practice or outpatient orthopedic settings is an asset but not required What We Offer Guaranteed 5+ new assessments per week to help build your caseload A supportive team focused on filling your schedule as our top priority Mentorship and clinical development to help you grow your career Flexible scheduling and full admin support so you can focus on care, not paperwork A modern clinic space with on-site gym access and team events Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year Additional pay: Bonus pay Signing bonus Benefits: Company events Flexible schedule On-site gym On-site parking Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2025-06-16Expected start date: 2025-09-01
