Job details: Conduct assessments Create and implement evidence -based treatment plans (EHC, MVA & WSIB) Create SOAP notes Job Requirements: Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) Degree from a recognized institution. Current and valid CCO license to practice in Ontario.
