About Us Bay and College Physiotherapy and Rehab is a busy multidisciplinary clinic located in downtown Toronto. We provide evidence-based care through a team that includes physiotherapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors. Position Overview We are currently seeking a licensed Chiropractor to join our team on a part-time basis (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). This is a fee-for-service role under a 60/40 split arrangement. The position offers steady patient flow in a high-demand clinic, with opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive chiropractic assessments and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatments Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, patient-centered care Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO) standards Educate patients on health maintenance, rehabilitation, and injury prevention Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program Registration in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario Professional liability insurance as required by the CCO Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting Previous experience in a busy clinic environment is an asset; new graduates are welcome to apply Compensation and Schedule Compensation: 60/40 split-fee model Schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays (part-time) Incentives: Additional earnings through product recommendations and sales Administrative support provided (scheduling, billing, patient intake) How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to exec@rehab2go.ca.
