We’re a multidisciplinary, athlete-focused clinic serving cyclists, runners, and endurance athletes across the Ottawa–Gatineau region. Our team combines chiropractic, physiotherapy, and performance science under one roof — helping people heal injury, build resilience, and optimize performance. Now, we’re expanding — and looking for a chiropractor who’s ready to step into a leadership track and help run and grow a future satellite clinic. The Opportunity This is a rare role for someone who wants more than a caseload — someone who’s ready to help shape how a clinic operates, leads a team, and builds community. You’ll start by joining our core Gatineau team, building a strong athlete caseload, and mastering our performance-driven systems. From there, you’ll transition into a leadership and operations role, helping us scale into new locations and mentoring the next generation of clinicians. What You’ll Do Deliver high-level, athlete-centered care — with time to think, assess, and deliver results. Lead by example: coach junior clinicians, guide performance testing, and refine clinic systems. Collaborate with our leadership team on strategy, community outreach, and clinic growth. Create workshops, educational content, and athlete events that build connection and credibility. Contribute to the long-term vision of The Movement Co. — as a leader, innovator, and potential partner. What Makes The Movement Co.
