As a Chiropractor at Integra Health Centre, you will provide evidence-informed, patient-centered musculoskeletal care, working within a high-performance interdisciplinary team. You will manage a diverse caseload, collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals, and contribute to the continued growth of our reputation in sports and integrated musculoskeletal care. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Build strong rapport with patients and communicate clearly regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and expected outcomes. Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, including orthopaedic, neurological, and functional testing, to establish working diagnoses and differential diagnoses. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include spinal and extremity manipulation/mobilization, soft-tissue techniques, exercise prescription, and patient education. Integrate active rehabilitation and performance-focused approaches where clinically indicated, leveraging our open-space rehab facility. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (Family Physicians, Specialists, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, RMTs, Naturopaths, Psychotherapists, and others) to support coordinated, holistic care and cross-referral pathways. Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation in Jane EMR in alignment with regulatory standards and Integra Health Centre policies. Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and internal education to support continuous learning and high-quality care. Contribute to community engagement, events, workshops, and online content that elevate the visibility of chiropractic and integrated musculoskeletal services. Adhere to all clinic policies, professional standards, infection control requirements, and privacy/confidentiality obligations. QUALIFICATIONS Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) and licensed in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO). Appropriate professional liability insurance meeting regulatory and clinic requirements. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills, with an evidence-informed and patient-centered approach. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-service skills. Preferred Experience & Assets Experience in a sports medicine, performance, or orthopaedic-focused setting. Comfort integrating exercise-based rehabilitation and working in an open-gym environment. Experience working within a multidisciplinary or medically integrated clinic. Proficiency with EMR systems; experience with Jane is an asset.
