Over the five years I opened and operated Empower Chiropractic, my wife and I built the clinic from the ground up, growing our patient base to over 400 weekly visits within the first year and reaching a peak of 500 visits before the challenges posed by COVID-19. This growth was achieved through strategic marketing, exceptional patient care, and a commitment to fostering a welcoming environment.
In my role as owner, I was responsible for all aspects of clinic operations, including hiring and managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards in patient relations. I take pride in my ability to communicate effectively, not only in adjusting patients but also in building lasting relationships that contribute to patient satisfaction and retention.
My decision to move to the Philadelphia suburbs and seek an associate role stems from my desire to focus on patient care without the additional responsibilities of managing a clinic. I am particularly drawn subluxation-based family offices because of my passion for chiropractic care for all ages. Opened Empower Chiropractic with my wife in 2018 from scratch soon after graduating from chiropractic school. As the owner, we did everything hired and and ran the team, handled 300-500 patients per week, performed all marketing including screenings and health talks. Through our hard work, we grew Empower Chiropractic in Fairfax to 400+ visits per week by the end of our first year open. Our maximum patient volume reached 500 visits before COVID forced us to adapt. As a former owner of a high-volume office that grew rapidly, I am extremely proficient at communicating subluxation-based chiropractic care, performing manual and instrument adjusting, but more importantly I am an excellent doctor. I make patients feel at home, at ease, and excited for weekly visits.
