Love Chiropractic? Looking for the Right Place to Grow?
At Atlas Family Chiropractic, we've spent over 23 years building a thriving, family-focused practice with a strong reputation, loyal patients, and an excellent support team.
We're looking for a hardworking, motivated, wellness-focused chiropractor who loves helping people, values precise chiropractic care, and wants to build a rewarding long-term career.
Whether you're an experienced chiropractor looking for a fresh opportunity, a practice owner tired of the business headaches, or a motivated new graduate eager to learn, we'd love to connect.
Benefits of Joining Our Team
- $84,000 Guaranteed Base Salary plus performance-based bonuses with $130,000+ annual earning potential.
- 4-Day Work Week — enjoy a successful career while having time for family, travel, and life outside the office.
- Established Patient Base — join a trusted practice with more than 23 years of community relationships.
- Exceptional Team Support — our trained chiropractic assistants and established systems allow you to focus on delivering excellent patient care.
- Specialized Training — learn or further develop your skills in Atlas Orthogonal and Activator techniques.
- Professional Growth & Mentorship — work alongside an experienced chiropractor and continue developing your clinical confidence and expertise.
- Positive Team Culture — join a supportive, energetic team that values excellence, teamwork, accountability, and having fun.
- Long-Term Financial Opportunity — potential revenue sharing and future practice buy-in for the right chiropractor.
Our Chiropractic Philosophy
We believe in specific, gentle, instrument-assisted chiropractic care rather than relying primarily on traditional manual adjustments.
Our practice emphasizes Atlas Orthogonal and Activator techniques, with a strong focus on wellness, prevention, patient education, and helping families maintain their health over the long term.
We're passionate about building lasting relationships with our patients and helping them make chiropractic care part of a proactive, healthy lifestyle.
Prior Atlas Orthogonal or Activator experience is not required. However, a genuine appreciation for instrument-assisted adjusting and a willingness to learn our approach are essential.
Who We're Looking For
A chiropractor who:
- Has a strong work ethic, takes initiative, and is willing to go the extra mile for patients and teammates.
- Believes in wellness-based chiropractic care and values helping patients pursue long-term health, not just short-term symptom relief.
- Appreciates precise, instrument-assisted adjusting and is excited to develop skills in Atlas Orthogonal and Activator techniques.
- Has excellent communication skills and enjoys educating patients about their health.
- Values building lasting relationships with patients and families.
- Brings positive energy, humility, accountability, and a team-first attitude.
- Wants to grow professionally, financially, and personally.
Experienced chiropractors are preferred, but motivated new graduates who share our philosophy are encouraged to apply.
More Than Just an Associate Position
For the right doctor, this could be more than a traditional associate role.
We're open to exploring revenue-sharing arrangements and a potential future buy-in opportunity with a chiropractor who demonstrates clinical excellence, a strong work ethic, alignment with our philosophy, and a desire to build a long-term future with Atlas Family Chiropractic.
Ownership is not required. If your goal is simply to focus on delivering exceptional chiropractic care, earn a great living, and leave the business headaches behind, that's great too!
What Makes Us Different?
We're an independent, family-focused practice that has spent over two decades serving families throughout Central Minnesota.
Our experienced team, established systems, and strong patient relationships create an environment where you can focus on doing what you love most — helping people.
We value hard work, clinical excellence, positive attitudes, and a genuine passion for chiropractic wellness care.
Ready for Your Next Chapter?
Imagine earning a great income, working four days a week, and joining an established practice where the team and systems are already in place.
Whether you're an experienced chiropractor ready for a change or a motivated new graduate looking for the right opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
Let's have a confidential conversation and see if we're a great fit! Please send CV to jonathan@atlaschiro.org
