Bilingual Medical Assistant ready to Cross-Train as a Chiropractic Assistant
$18 - $23 USD hourly
NEO Surgical Group is looking for a Spanish-speaking Medical Assistant who is eager to expand their skills and cross-train as a Chiropractic Assistant.
This position requires travel between clinic locations and offers the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic healthcare team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient care, examinations, and treatments
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
- Prepare patients for appointments and procedures
- Obtain and document patient histories and vital signs
- Assist with patient intake and medical documentation
- Support front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, scheduling, and answering phones
- Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Travel between clinic locations as needed
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
Phlebotomy experience required
Willingness and ability to travel between clinic locations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience working with Personal Injury (PI) cases is a plus
Ability to assist with both clinical and administrative duties
