We provide: 401 (k) plan Mentorship and skill development Positive, team-oriented work environment Excellent compensation package Full or part time with flexible hours Generous base pay plus performance bonuses as part of an above market compensation package Company paid malpractice insurance You provide: Friendly, outgoing and confident personality Computer literacy Knowledge of exercise protocols The ability to work well in a team Strong work ethic Can-do attitude Desire to enjoy what you do every day Responsibilities: Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment Maintaining accurate case histories of patients Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary Analyze x-rays in order to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems. Patient chiropractic care and education Building positive doctor-patient relationships Maintaining accurate and timely patient records Sales of memberships and packages Answer telephones and schedule and maintain all patient appointments. Verify patient insurance benefits. Maintain office inventory. Collect patient payments and establish payment programs/plans. Keep patient files and paperwork organized Assist patients with therapies and exercises. Qualifications needed: 4-year Bachelor’s degree from accredited college A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college Our Ideal Candidate: Is extremely outgoing, personable, and friendly. Will consistently achieve/exceed office goals. Has a clean, professional appearance, a clear speaking voice, and smiles a lot. Is calm and caring under pressure.
