The Chiropractic Provider evaluates patients, establishes appropriate diagnoses and clinical goals, develops individualized treatment plans, provides chiropractic treatment, monitors patient progress, and communicates findings and recommendations clearly to patients and, when appropriate, referring providers. The provider is expected to deliver care consistent with the practice's clinical standards, policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and patient experience expectations.
