RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: Great focus on and specialize providing service to Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients Assessing and developing treatment plans according to patient’s physical injuries, abilities and needs Prepare Auto Insurance Claims Forms appropriately and accordingly, (OCF Forms – OCF 3, OCF 23 MIG, OCF 18, OCF 24 etc)· Implementing programs including exercise, manipulations, therapeutic and education Knowledge of and experience with modalities – IFC and ultrasound Complete reports and documents when necessary (progress reports, discharge reports, statutory declaration upon request by Insurance co.)
