Full job description Multidisciplinary Clinic Chiropractor (Registered with Ontario License) Full time with a team RMT, Physiotherapist. and Acupuncturists. Examine, diagnose and treat patients with chiropractic, rehabilitation exercises Preparation of mandatory MVA, WSIB forms for insurance Companies (OCF-23, OCF-24, OCF18, OCF-03 forms) Complete Report and documents when necessary (Initial Report, Progress Report, Statutory declaration Upon request by Insurance companies) Work Remotely No Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $47.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Education: Bachelor's Degree (required) Work Location: In person
