Part-Time Chiropractic Associate
Pay: $30/hour | 6–8 hours per week to start

We’re hiring a Part-Time Chiropractic Associate to join our multidisciplinary wellness studio. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and entrepreneurial doctor who is ready to grow with us from part-time associate to a future full-time partner.
We’re offering paid time (6–8 hours/week at $30/hr) to help you get started. During this time, you'll work on marketing yourself, building relationships, and attracting your ideal clientele, with our support and collaborative environment behind you every step of the way!
This role is ideal for someone who:

Already has an established client base and/or has a strong desire to build their own client base and grow a long-term practice

Enjoys collaboration across disciplines (Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Functional Exercise, Massage, etc.)

Is passionate about treating the whole person,not just the symptoms

Is comfortable taking initiative and being responsible for marketing efforts

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide chiropractic exams, re-evaluations, and adjustments

Complete EHR charting and manage patient care plans

Promote your chiropractic services through marketing efforts in the studio and local community

Independently track and manage patient numbers, retention, and growth goals

Observe and learn from in-house services like dry needling, functional movement screenings, Physical Therapy, and more

Provide occasional nutrition counseling and light functional exercise guidance

Help maintain a clean, organized office space and contribute to light admin tasks as needed

Complete HIPAA training and maintain professional standards of care

We are not a high-volume or personal injury-focused clinic. We prioritize quality over quantity and value time spent building authentic, healing relationships with our long-term clients.
