Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in both English and Spanish
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
Assist the chiropractor with therapies and treatment preparation
Maintain treatment rooms and equipment
Handle basic administrative tasks, including phone calls and documentation
Support billing and insurance processes (if applicable)
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office preferred (not required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
