Apex Sport & Spine is a cash-pay sports chiropractic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation clinic located in Vancouver, WA. We specialize in working with athletes, active adults, and complex cases that haven’t found lasting results through traditional care.

Our approach goes beyond adjustments — we combine manual therapy, movement assessment, and progressive rehabilitation to identify the root cause of dysfunction and build lasting performance. We utilize evidence-informed frameworks including DNS, SFMA, McKenzie, Strength and Conditioning and FRC to deliver care that meets our patients where they are and moves them toward where they want to be.

Our clinic is led by Dr. Derron McLaury, DC, CCSP — a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner with a passion for high-level clinical work and a team-first culture. We are currently expanding into a new, larger location and are building a team of driven clinicians who want to grow, learn, and do meaningful work in a performance-focused environment.
