Full Potential Group is one of Calgary's busiest family-wellness organizations — five multidisciplinary clinics (including Copperfield, Tuscany, and Walden Chiropractic & Massage) with chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, and acupuncturists working side by side. Founded in 2005 by Dr. DJ LeDrew, D.C., we offer advanced modalities including shockwave therapy, cold laser, spinal decompression and we're open 7 days a week.

We're hiring an associate chiropractor. You'll step into an established, high-volume patient base with built-in cross-referrals from our physio, massage, and acupuncture teams — so you're treating from day one, not building from scratch.

What we offer:

  • $60,000 guaranteed base + up to 50% commission (you earn the greater)

  • An established, high-volume patient base across a 5-clinic group

  • Mentorship from an owner who took the same path — Dr. LeDrew is a Southern California University of Health Sciences valedictorian (summa cum laude) — plus a real growth path

  • On-site modalities (shockwave, cold laser, spinal decompression) and full front-desk/admin support

  • Support for new grads and Canadians returning from US schools: College of Chiropractors of Alberta licensing guidance

New grads welcome. Chiropractors returning to Canada from US programs are especially encouraged to apply.
