The Role
We're looking for a warm, organized, and people-loving Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to be the heartbeat of our front office. You'll be the first face patients see and the voice they hear when they call, so your attitude matters as much as your skills.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door
- Answer phones, respond to texts and emails, and schedule appointments
- Manage patient intake forms, check-ins, and paperwork
- Collect payments and explain care plan fees clearly and confidently
- Support the doctor and care team with daily office flow
- Help maintain a clean, calm, and uplifting office environment
- Assist with patient follow-up and appointment reminders
What We're Looking For
- A genuine love for people and a servant's heart
- Strong communication skills — phone, text, email, and in person
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay composed when it gets busy
- Positive, professional, and energetic
- Prior medical or chiropractic office experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
This is a full time position of 30-35hours per week. Scheduling will include a combination of morning, afternoon, and split shifts.
