Mojo Massage & Wellness is a multidisciplinary clinic and boutique massage studio in downtown Victoria, BC, near Johnson and Cook Street. We're a new clinic with big ambitions to grow and serve the local community. Our current focus is massage therapy, with an emphasis on sports massage for the many athletes — especially endurance athletes — who make up our core clientele. Our space is bright, spacious, and full of natural light.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Chiropractic Associate who is clinically excellent and entrepreneurial at heart. This role suits someone ready to build a thriving, long-term practice — whether you're bringing an established patient base or are motivated to grow one through networking and community presence. You'll have the opportunity to integrate rehabilitation and professional massage into your care, working alongside a collaborative team of practitioners and instructors.
What You'll Do
- Assess and manage a range of musculoskeletal conditions, including complex and chronic cases
- Deliver hands-on care alongside a team using progressive massage techniques and movement-based programming
- Collaborate with our Registered Massage Therapists on integrated treatment plans
- Build and grow your patient base through internal referrals, networking, and community engagement
- Contribute to a strong referral culture within the clinic
- Track patient outcomes and deliver individualized, high-quality care
Who You Are
- Licensed and in good standing with the British Columbia Chiropractic Association
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Either bringing an existing patient base or highly motivated to build one
- Comfortable networking and building relationships in the community
- Genuinely interested in rehab, movement, and long-term patient outcomes
- Background in competitive sports — especially endurance sports like triathlon, marathon running, or cycling — is an asset for building your client list.
- Collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented, with a strong entrepreneurial drive to help build a new clinic from the ground up
