Meaford Medical Centre is a newly renovated, multidisciplinary healthcare facility serving Meaford and surrounding Grey-Bruce communities in Ontario. Our mission is to improve local access to convenient, coordinated and patient-centred healthcare in a welcoming, modern environment.
The centre is designed to bring together family medicine, walk-in care, nurse practitioner services, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, pharmacy, diagnostic services and other healthcare professionals under one roof. Our collaborative model will allow practitioners to work independently while benefiting from internal referrals and cooperation with other regulated healthcare providers.
