InterState Medical Group – Disc Centers of Salem integrates chiropractic manipulative therapy, elite spine care, neuromuscular spinal rehabilitation, and regenerative care serving Salem, Keizer, and the Mid-Willamette Valley. Our team focuses on helping patients reduce pain, restore movement, improve function, and avoiding unnecessary surgery and medication whenever possible.
We treat spinal pain, neck pain, herniated and bulging discs, sciatica, radiculopathy, knee pain, pinched nerves, impingement syndromes, frozen shoulder, neuropathy, auto accident injuries, work injuries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Care plans are personalized and may combine chiropractic care, spinal decompression, rehabilitation, massage therapy, Class IV laser therapy, shockwave therapy, PEMF, soft-tissue treatment, regenerative medicine, and other non-surgical approaches.
InterState Medical Group also provides on-site digital X-ray and advanced musculoskeletal evaluation to help identify the underlying cause of a patient’s condition and guide appropriate treatment.

We proudly serve Veterans through the VA Community Care Network that qualify for Triwest insurance, as well as patients injured in auto accidents, workers’ compensation cases, and individuals seeking private-pay care. We are out-of-network on major medical insurance networks, however we do accept Flexible Savings Account (FSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Health Savings accounts (HSA) as forms of payment. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, debit cards and Care Credit.
