Aebi Schmidt Holding AG is a Swiss technology and construction company. The company is currently expanding it’s businesses in the United State region.The company emerged in 2007 from the merger of the Swiss Aebi Group from Burgdorf BE and the Schmidt Group from the German city of St. Blasien . The shareholders of the two companies agreed in April 2007 to merge their companies. The Aebi Schmidt Group employs more than 1,500 people and generated sales of € 325 million in 2015. The company is fully privately owned.
