Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Order medical records, billing records, radiology imaging, etc.
· Follow up on pending records
· Upload/Save all records received to our system (Litify) as they arrive
· Search for liens (hospital, Medicaid/care, child support, etc.)
· Effectively manage case load, e-mails etc.
· Other duties as assigned

· Proficient in personal injury law

· Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
Job Requirements
· Minimum of 1 years of experience, preferably in a plaintiff's law firm
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person and email
· Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management software (Litify preferred)
