We are a 33 year, established family and personal injury practice. We are a wellness/ subluxation-based practice located 7 miles from Richmond Virginia. Our team consists of the lead doctor, Insurance department, and chiropractic assistant.
As an associate, you will be taught all the necessary management skills needed to develop a high-volume practice that is in the top 1% of practices in the world. Our clinic is a stand-alone 3200 sq. foot building that offers several adjusting rooms, exam rooms, exercise room, and ample waiting room space. As an associate, you will be taught the ends and outs of insurance, managing patients, documenting patient visits, examination of patients, and help to perfect your adjusting skills. You will have access to the lead doctor who has 33 years of experience and managed over 500 patient visits a week for 15 years. Your Role
> Perform consultations, exams, x-rays, report of findings, adjustments, and develop treatment plans.
> Provide high-quality care and advice to every patient.
> Build relationships and educate patients about the importance of structured long-term chiropractic care.
>Use EMR systems to record patient visits.
> Utilize diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Arthristim, and Pediatric adjustments.
This position is open to both experience and graduated Doctors of Chiropractic. We are looking for a doctor that is motivated to learn and grow with our clinic. Requirements
> Doctor of Chiropractic with a license to practice chiropractic in the state of Virginia.
> Proficiency in diversified, Gonstead, Thompson adjustment techniques (Will teach you what you do not know).
> Enthusiastic, outgoing, energetic, willing to learn and practice what you have learned.
> Enjoy long weekends (no weekend work).
Salary and Benefits
> $65,000- 80,000 salary plus a very generous monthly bonus plan.
