Dr. Eulitt is a Texas native, born and raised in the Clear Lake Area of Houston. His wife Tara and their five children live in North Montgomery County. As a past board member of the Conroe YMCA and Conroe Noon Lions Club, he enjoys helping to make his community a better place. Dr. Eulitt is Board Certified in treating Chronic Pain and Neuropathy from the American College of Physical Medicine and trained by the American Functional Neurology Institute.
