Who are LANO..?

LANO stands for Look-After-Number-One, that's our philosophy and we hope it's one you share. LANO's main focus to date has been 2 successful yoga studios, however with the recent opening of a fully refurbished studio in the busy and trendy Elm Grove in Southsea, we have created 2 treatment rooms, one for massage and the other for Chiropractic. 

LANO is made up of a team whose main focus is bringing health and well-being into the communities we serve.
