Senior Associate Chiropractor – established family practice in Bad Dürkheim, Germany (€60k–150k+)

About us
Chiropraxis Schubert is an established family practice, founded in 2011 in Bad Dürkheim on the German Wine Route. We are a team of three chiropractors with a strong reputation and a waiting list for both new and existing patients. We are looking for an experienced chiropractor who wants to build a long-term career with us.

Who we're looking for

• Doctor of Chiropractic with at least 3–5 years in practice
• Confident with your own technique. We use Diversified, Gonstead, SOT, Thompson and Activator, and we are open to others.
• Looking for a long-term home, not a short stop before opening your own practice
• Willing to learn German over time. You can start in English, as we already have English-speaking patients.

What you earn
You are paid €28 for every treatment and €41 for every new-patient visit, with no cap. On top of that, you receive paid vacation (4 weeks), paid public holidays and sick pay, all calculated on your average earnings.

While you build your patient base, you have a guaranteed base salary of €2,000 per month. From about 72 treatments a month, your per-treatment pay takes over.

Example: seeing 15 patients a day comes to about €110,000 a year. Seeing 20 a day comes to about €146,000. Because of our waiting list, you start with patients from your first week.

What we offer

• €28 per treatment and €41 per new patient, uncapped, plus fully paid time off
• 4 weeks paid vacation
• Full German health insurance, including dental
• Flexible full-time or part-time hours. The practice is open Mon–Fri 8–12 and 2–6, closed Wednesday afternoons.
• Your licence handled with you: foreign chiropractors in Germany practise under a Heilpraktiker permit. In Rheinland-Pfalz this is an administrative process, and we guide you through every step.

Where you'll live
Bad Dürkheim is a historic spa town in the Palatinate wine region, often called the "Tuscany of Germany": vineyards, forests, castles and a mild climate. Mannheim and Heidelberg are about 30 minutes away, and Frankfurt International Airport is about an hour. You get a high quality of life in a safe, family-friendly town, with the cities close by.
