Responsibilities Assess a patients medical condition by reviewing their medical history, listening to the patients concerns, performing an orthopedic physical examination Analyze the patient's posture, spine, and reflexes Identify health problems Provide neuromuscularskeletal therapy involving grade 5 adjustments to patient's spinal column and other joints by hand Give additional treatment such as applying heat or cold, exercise prescription, modality application Advise patients on health and lifestyle issues, including exercise, nutrition, and sleep habits Refer patients to other health care professionals, if needed.
