Job Description

Education: Earned doctorate degree Experience: 1 to less than 7 months Work setting Clinic Private clinic Tasks Evaluate mobility, balance, gait and posture Examine the patient Diagnose disorders of the spine and other body joints Adjust position of displaced vertebrae and other articulations, using manipulative therapy Provide additional treatment such as heat, red light and massage Advise patients on corrective exercises, lifestyle and nutrition Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board and Provincial Licensing Body Examination Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities Security and safety Criminal record check Transportation/travel information Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities Combination of sitting, standing, walking Screening questions Are you authorized to work in Canada?
