Job Overview We are an upbeat and growing rehab clinic located in Pickering, looking for a chiropractor to join our multi-disciplinary team with Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist on staff. Responsibilities includes assessment and directing treatment to a diverse clientele. Our clients are within a wide range of post-surgical patients, sports injuries and mixture of chronic pain. The ideal candidate will provide expert chiropractic care, focusing on patient well-being, pain relief, and overall health improvement. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs Perform chiropractic adjustments and manual therapies to alleviate pain and improve mobility Educate patients on posture, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing health Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly for optimal results Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Stay current with advancements in chiropractic techniques and healthcare practices Requirements Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution. Valid chiropractic license and certification in accordance with Ontario regulations Proven experience in patient care, with a focus on pain management strategies Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to chiropractic practice Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and guide patients Compassionate approach with a commitment to improving patient outcomes Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team Prior experience or familiarity with holistic health practices is a plus Join our team to provide exceptional chiropractic care that enhances patients' quality of life.
