Chiropractor – Peak Rehab Location: 2 Kennedy Rd S, Unit 4A, Brampton, ONPosition Type: Full-time/Part-time (Negotiable) About Peak Rehab Peak Rehab is a collaborative chiropractic and wellness clinic dedicated to helping patients move better, feel better, and live at their peak. Our team takes a patient-centred, evidence-informed approach, combining chiropractic care with rehab, soft tissue therapy, and lifestyle guidance to deliver real, sustainable results. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is compassionate, motivated, and aligned with a team-based approach to care. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking, physical exams, orthopedic and neurological testing. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-informed chiropractic care, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitative exercise. Provide safe and effective spinal and extremity adjustments/manipulations where appropriate. Prescribe and progress therapeutic exercises and self-management strategies. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all care in a timely, accurate manner. Collaboration & Communication Work collaboratively with other members of the Peak Rehab team (e.g., chiropractors, RMTs, support staff) to support coordinated, high-quality patient care. Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients about their diagnosis, treatment options, and rehab plans. Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, posture, and healthy lifestyle habits. Clinic Operations Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards. Support smooth clinic flow by staying on schedule and respecting patient appointment times. Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives. Community & Growth Contribute to building a positive, welcoming environment for patients and staff. Support clinic marketing and community outreach activities as needed (e.g., workshops, events, social content ideas). Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in chiropractic care and rehabilitation. Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited chiropractic college. Current registration and good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO). Professional liability insurance (or eligibility to obtain). Strong clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to evidence-informed care. Comfortable integrating manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A team-player mindset, with a positive, patient-centered approach. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $43,000.00-$146,712.20 per year Work Location: In person
