Position: Chiropractor - Motor Vehicle Accident Industry Location: Q Medical Head Office (North York) The Chiropractor will play a key role in bridging clinical expertise with administrative oversight. This position involves conducting virtual and in-person examinations, supporting medical management processes, and ensuring the highest standards in medical documentation. The Chiropractor will also act as a team lead, working closely with case coordinators and our RN consultants, to streamline workflow and enhance service delivery. Clinical Duties: Conduct virtual and in-person medical examinations for completion of OCF-3. Meet with clients online or in person to review health status, functional abilities, and relevant history. Complete required medical forms accurately and within deadlines. Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to support case coordination. Review of clinical files to provide clinical guidance to case coordinators with assessment selection Review and sign OCF-18 forms completed by case coordinators, as required. Administrative Duties: Oversee and ensure the quality of medical documentation, including OCF-18 forms. Support case coordinators by providing clinical guidance and clarifications. Assist with triaging cases and identifying priority needs. Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and documentation requirements. Team Leadership: Act as a clinical lead for case coordinators and support staff. Support and lead a team of registered nurses. Facilitate team communication and problem-solving. Contribute to training and onboarding as needed. Other Qualifications Active Chiropractor license in good standing. Experience in disability management, occupational health, or independent medical evaluations (preferred but not required). Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with significant virtual client interaction. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
