Our client is seeking a registered Chiropractor to join their busy clinic on a full-time basis. They are looking for a passionate, reliable, and hard-working individual who’s committed to supporting people through a holistic approach to care. A driven, patient-focused mindset is essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a chiropractic clinic is considered an asset but is not required. However, candidates must be licensed and registered Chiropractors, whether they are experienced professionals or recent graduates. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on chiropractic experience or for a recent graduate eager to learn and grow with a supportive, dynamic team. Duties and Responsibilities: This role supports patients through hands-on chiropractic care in a busy, growth-oriented clinic environment. The Chiropractor will contribute to patient wellness through assessments, treatments, and personalized care plans. The key job functions are: Conduct patient assessments to evaluate mobility, posture, and musculoskeletal concerns. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide manual adjustments and other chiropractic therapies. Educate patients on wellness, injury prevention, and lifestyle recommendations. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records. Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience. Support clinic growth by fostering strong patient relationships and demonstrating an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset. Education: Licensed and registered Chiropractor with the appropriate provincial regulatory body. Experience: Experience working in a chiropractic clinic is considered an asset. Recent graduates with no previous clinical experience will also be considered. Skills: Excellent soft skills, including communication, empathy, and patient engagement. Strong work ethic with the ability to “hit the ground running.” Dependable and professional with a team-oriented approach. Comfort working in a high-volume, growth-focused environment. Base Salary: $60,000 – 150,000 per year Salary based on experience Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week Monday to Friday Additional Notes: This opportunity does not include relocation.
