HIRING: Associate Chiropractor

Do you value rehab and manual therapy as part of your chiropractic treatment approach, but are angry and frustrated that no job opportunities allow you to actually practice that way? Tired of high-volume treatment and being forced to cut treatments short and not ACTUALLY create long term outcomes for patients?
Do you love to learn and are committed to being part of a TEAM? Are you able to connect and engage with people on a personal level?
Synergy Chiropractic & Sports Rehab is a fast-growing chiropractic and rehab-based clinic in North Kingstown, RI. We have grown from zero patients to fully booked in just a few years (all while being primarily cash-based).
We are not your typical chiropractic practice, running from treatment room to treatment room. We schedule extended visits with each patient, giving us time to do manual therapy, adjusting, AND rehab and strength training. We do this because we believe this is THE model for true Patient-Centered Care.

Our treatment philosophy has been inspired by the following methods and people:

* Postural Restoration Institute
* McKenzie Diagnosis and Treatment
* Functional Movement Systems/First Principles of Movement
* Gait Happens
* Prenatal/Postpartum & Menopause coaching
We believe in mentorship and education and provide an immense amount of training, teaching, and coaching. We want great people first, and great doctors second.
Our patient population is very specific: active adults and athletes. Fitness and health are their #1 priority and they WANT to do the homework and exercises we suggest. We don’t ‘babysit’ with e-stim, heat, and 3 sets of 10 clamshells. We'd rather have them swing a Kettlebell or get under a Barbell.
True ‘A’ players love to be held accountable to high standards of performance, which means you will be given your own key objectives and outcomes. When these are met consistently, you’ll experience substantial benefit.
*The Right Candidate*
* Must hold an active Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree.
* Must have a desire to work with active adults and athletes.
* Must have the desire to become one of the best sports/rehab-based Chiropractors in the country.
* Must be willing to communicate with patients about treatment plans in a cash-based model that relies on your confidence and clinical skills to deliver outcomes.
* Must have a willingness to be held accountable for performance.
