We are a mission-driven, team-oriented office committed to helping people work better, play better, and age better through advanced chiropractic care and innovative technologies. We are growing quickly and are looking for a motivated associate chiropractor to join our team.

*Position Overview*

We are seeking a *high-capacity, business-minded Associate Chiropractor* who enjoys seeing a high volume of patients, thrives in a structured and supportive environment, and is motivated by performance-based income.

This position is ideal for a doctor who wants to:

You will receive full training, mentorship, and support — but you must bring the drive, coachability, and willingness to grow a successful practice within our practice.

*Compensation*

*Guaranteed Base Salary:*

* $72,000 per year (paid as $6,000 per month)

*Bonus Structure:*

* Earn *25% of all collected revenue* from your assigned patients
* Bonuses begin once monthly collections exceed *$24,000*

*In simple terms:*
You earn *$72,000 minimum*, or *25% of your production*, whichever is greater.

*Realistic earnings:*

* Year 1: $90,000–$130,000+
* Year 2: $120,000–$160,000+
* Experienced associates in our office currently earn *well over six figures*.

*Responsibilities*

* Provide high-quality chiropractic care to patients of all ages
* Perform exams, re-exams, and report of findings
* Communicate care recommendations with confidence and clarity
* Manage patient care plans and documentation
* Build and maintain your own patient caseload
* Participate in internal and external marketing events (screenings, talks, community events)
* Uphold our clinic standards, values, and mission
* Work collaboratively with a team of experienced doctors and support staff
