*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in musculoskeletal health, patient assessment, and pain management, with a passion for improving patient well-being through holistic chiropractic care. As a Chiropractor, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing musculoskeletal disorders, utilizing evidence-based techniques to enhance mobility and reduce discomfort. Your expertise will contribute to delivering comprehensive primary care services within an integrated clinical environment.
*Duties*
* Conduct thorough patient observations and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues and underlying causes of pain.
* Perform physical examinations and interpret medical imaging results to inform accurate diagnoses.
* Develop individualized care plans that incorporate manual therapies, trigger point therapy, and other chiropractic techniques.
* Manage acute pain conditions effectively through targeted treatment strategies and patient education.
* Utilize knowledge of physiology and anatomy to explain conditions and treatment options clearly to patients.
* Implement occupational health protocols to support patients with work-related injuries or ergonomic concerns.
* Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Educate patients on injury prevention, proper posture, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and ensure safety standards are maintained.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
*Requirements*
* Valid chiropractic license or certification in the relevant jurisdiction.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques.
* Proficiency in developing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Familiarity with trigger point therapy, pain management strategies, and primary care principles.
* Excellent communication skills for explaining complex medical concepts clearly and empathetically.
* Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience working within occupational health settings or managing work-related injuries is desirable.
