*Job Description & Requirements*
Our well-established chiropractic clinic in *Lima, NY*, is seeking a *dedicated and personable Associate Chiropractor* to join our growing team. This *full-time position* offers a base salary of *$80,000–$100,000*, plus profit-sharing opportunities and full benefits, including *401K, PTO, malpractice coverage,* and *continuing education reimbursement*.
The associate will work *Monday through Friday (full days)* and a *half day on Friday*, with *Saturdays and Sundays off*. The ideal candidate will help manage approximately *200 patient visits per week* within a collaborative, wellness-oriented environment.
*Key responsibilities include:*
* Conducting patient consultations, exams, and X-rays
* Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
* Creating and communicating financial and care plans
* Providing chiropractic adjustments and decompression therapy
* Guiding patients through exercise and rehab programs (including app-based recommendations)
* Offering lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness education
* Participating in professional development and training
Our clinic operates with a *shared-patient care model* that emphasizes teamwork and continuity of care. While prior experience is valuable, *new graduates are welcome* and will receive structured onboarding and mentorship.
