Who We're Looking For: We're seeking a chiropractic superstar who embodies the qualities of energy, fun, hard work and reliability. We are looking for an effective communicator, leader and builder to help take the reins on an already successful pediatric/family practice. Your role as an Associate Doctor of Chiropractic will be multifaceted: 

Master Adjuster: We're looking for someone who excels at chiropractic adjustments and is willing to learn and apply our office's unique techniques (Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, low force neuro-tonal, Arthrostim, Activator). Being a great adjustor is an essential baseline expectation in our office.

Master Communicator: The adjustment will only get the patients so far. They must understand the WHY. We are looking for a doctor who not only knows chiropractic but can effectively and efficiently communicate chiropractic and neurology to patients.

Neuro-Focused: We are not a symptom-based office, and therefore, are looking for a neurologically and wellness/lifestyle focused doctor ready to educate on the importance of lifelong chiropractic care.

Insight Scan Expert: If you have experience with Insight Scan technology, you're already a step ahead! Your ability to take, interpret and effectively communicate scan results is essential. Full Certification in Dr. Tony Ebel’s Pediatric Cert and Proficiency is preferred, but also open to discussing how to attain this certification.

Team Player: You must be enthusiastic about being part of a dynamic team while also having the drive to take ownership and help grow our family practice.

A Leader by Example: Practice what you preach. We want a team that embodies a holistic lifestyle through their own consistent chiropractic adjustments, exercise, nutrition, mental health, etc. If you are going to teach it, you should embody it!

Reliable and Trustworthy: These qualities are non-negotiable. We need someone we can count on, both for our team and our patients.

A Growth Mindset: Dedication to a lifetime of learning and growing is a must. You must have the ability to take your education and expertise and apply it to think critically (outside the box) when approaching maintenance patients or the hardest of neuro cases.

Compensation:

•           Starting at $75,000 annual base salary with eligibility for competitive bonus structure based on performance metrics after 6-12 months

•           Malpractice insurance

•           Two weeks annual PTO

•           Simple IRA eligibility after six months with 3% match
