Experienced Chiropractor (3–7 Years) — High-Volume Clinic, Balanced Schedule

*The Opportunity*

RxWellness Spine & Health is a high-performance, multi-clinic chiropractic organization operating across *Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia*. We are actively growing our *Maryland* *clinics* and building a team of experienced chiropractors who want to practice at a high level inside a structured, supportive system.

This role is ideal for a chiropractor with *3–7 years of experience* who wants:

* consistent patient flow in a growing Maryland market
* a fast-paced but sustainable schedule
* strong clinical and front desk support
* clear performance expectations
* meaningful quarterly bonus upside

You’ll own your *AM or PM shift*, lead your teammates during that shift, and focus on delivering excellent care while RxWellness provides the systems, staff, and patient demand.

Final clinic placement may include Bowie or Silver Spring based on experience and clinic needs.

*Schedule & Clinical Flow*

* *5 days per week*
* *28 total adjusting hours/week* (intentionally capped for sustainability)
* High-volume, well-paced schedule
* Dedicated time outside of adjusting hours for notes and documentation
* Multiple doctors per clinic to maintain balance and coverage

This is a performance-driven environment — busy, but *designed to protect longevity*.

*Compensation*

* *Base salary negotiated directly with the founders*
* *Quarterly performance bonuses* tied to:
* individual production
* key performance indicators (KPIs)
* shift-level execution and teamwork
* Strong performers regularly earn *$10K+ annually in bonuses*, with upside for consistent execution
* Paid quarterly (not discretionary, metric-based)

*Your Role*

* Deliver high-quality chiropractic care within RxWellness clinical standards
* Own the success of your assigned *AM or PM shift*
* Collaborate with massage therapists, rehab staff, and front desk teammates
* Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR
* Contribute to a professional, high-energy clinic culture

*What We’re Looking For*

* *3–7 years of post-licensure chiropractic experience*
* Strong communicator who enjoys a fast-paced clinic environment
* Comfortable with high patient volume and structured systems
* Team-oriented, dependable, and accountable
* Licensed (or license-eligible) in *Maryland* (VA/DC a plus)

This role is not designed for new graduates. We are looking for chiropractors who already know how to practice and want a better platform.
