Job Description

*Position Summary*

Attunement Wellness is hiring a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) to join our collaborative integrative clinic in Portland (Johns Landing). This role serves an existing & new patient base that includes weekend warriors, athletes, and professional athletes, sports injuries and performance care, repetitive stress strain, motor vehicle accidents, sprains/strains, migraines and headaches, pregnancy-related discomfort, TMJ dysfunction, and acute to chronic neck/mid-back/low-back pain, including upper and lower extremity conditions. You’ll collaborate closely with acupuncturists and massage therapists to deliver evidence-informed, patient-centered care with strong outcomes and clear communication.

*Patient Care & Clinical Excellence*

*1) Clinical Care*

* Perform thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment care plans
* Deliver skilled chiropractic treatment tailored to the patient's goals and presentation
* Educate patients clearly on findings, prognosis, and home support strategies
* Document care efficiently and accurately to support continuity and outcomes

*2) Collaboration & Integrated Care*

* Coordinate care plans with acupuncturists and massage therapists for the best patient outcomes.
* Communicate clearly with the team regarding treatment goals, progress, and referrals.
* Contribute to a culture of professionalism, learning, and mutual respect across scopes.

*3) Clinic & Administrative Responsibilities*

* Maintain timely SOAP charting and comply with clinic policies and standards.
* Comprehensive understanding of chiropractic procedure codes within the scope of practice.
* Support smooth patient flow with front desk and care team communication
* Participate in periodic team meetings and clinic improvement initiatives

*Work Schedule & Conditions*

*Sample schedules (final schedule based on clinic needs + your availability):*

* *Option A:* Mon/Wed/Fri 9:00am–5:00pm
* *Option B:* Tue/Thu 12:00pm–7:00pm + Sat 9:00am–2:00pm
* *Option C:* Four 8-hour shifts (flexible start/end times)

*Expected schedule:*

* Consistent weekly availability
* Willingness to coordinate schedules with team-based care plans
* Comfort working in a busy, collaborative clinic environment

*Qualifications & Success Factors*

* Active *Oregon Doctor of Chiropractic license*
* Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to treat a broad musculoskeletal caseload
* Excellent communication: clear explanations, patient education, and team coordination
* Team-oriented, coachable, and committed to ongoing learning
* Comfortable working with active populations (sports, injury recovery, MVA, repetitive strain)
* Bonus (not required): experience with *low-force techniques, myofascial work, rehab/exercise programming, pregnancy care, or TMJ*

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90,728.09 - $109,263.94 per year

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
