the *JOB TITLE: *Associate Chiropractor

Our well-established (37 years) chiropractic office is seeking a chiropractic associate to join our dynamic team. *Position Overview: *
As our chiropractic associate doctor you will have the opportunity to build and develop your own practice within our thriving office. We offer a base salary with potential to earn a generous bonus based on performance. This is a WIN-WIN Associate-ship opportunity where YOUR success is our success!
*What you get if you work with us:*
● Competitive base pay ($69,000.00) plus great structured bonus. Eligible for total compensation of $100k+ the first year!!
● Paid malpractice, disability insurance, life insurance and health insurance
● Two weeks paid vacation
● Have continued education paid for by the employer for license renewal
● Practice management coaching by third party, paid for by employer
● *ONLY 4 days a week, Enjoy long weekends, every weekend. This is giving you 52 additional days off a year!!! Plus, your two-week paid vacation. That’s 60 days off a year!!! Who’s offering that?*
● *Comprehensive Training*: receive mentoring on all office procedures, patient management and learn effective strategies for acquiring new patients.
● *Marketing Support: *Benefit from a well-established marketing program and assistance from a dedicated marketing assistant.
● *Mentoring in patient development: *Build your own practice and patient base with the guidance of a successful clinic director and his team who has a proven track record.
● *Ideal Office: * We have a _*completely*_ remodeled office (in 2022), state-of-the-art equipment, Computerized EHR, motorized F/D tables, digital x-ray, laser, and various traction tables. We know you’ll be proud to work here!
*Qualifications:*
● Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution
● State licensure or applying in Ohio and in good standing
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to be trained on new patient marketing, patient consultations, treatment and retentions. You will have access to our community marketing planner
● Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for chiropractic care
● Willingness to be mentored and implement effective marketing strategies
● We are a family-oriented practice with a compassionate team that is committed to giving friendly and caring “feel like home” care to our patients.
