Wellmax Physiotherapy (formerly Platinum Physiotherapy Oakville) is expanding its multidisciplinary services and is excited to introduce Chiropractic Care as a new offering within our busy Oakville clinic. This is a new service addition, supported by a strong existing physiotherapy and rehabilitation caseload. While the chiropractic schedule will be built progressively, we anticipate rapid growth through internal referrals, patient demand, and clinic marketing support. New chiropractic service launch with strong internal referral demand and expected fast ramp-up Weekend availability preferred, with strong patient demand for Friday and Saturday, while we are also open on Sundays by appointments only · Built-in referral stream from physiotherapy, massage therapy, osteopathy · Competitive split structure with strong earning potential · Flexible schedule with autonomy to choose part-time or full-time hours · Full administrative support — front desk handles bookings, billing, and insurance claims · Jane App for charting, scheduling, and documentation · Private treatment rooms with tables and necessary supplies · Digital marketing support and clinic visibility to help you grow your practice efficiently · Collaborative, respectful team culture — no pressure sales or volume quotas · Opportunity to develop focused programs (e.g. spinal health, posture care, workplace ergonomics, or sports-related injuries) What You’ll Do Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Diagnose and treat neuromusculoskeletal conditions affecting the spine and joints Deliver hands-on chiropractic care, including spinal and extremity adjustments, mobilization, and soft tissue techniques Educate patients on posture, movement, ergonomics, and injury prevention Collaborate closely with physiotherapists and other practitioners to ensure coordinated, whole-body care Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes using Jane App What We’re Looking For Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO) Valid professional liability insurance 1+ year of clinical experience preferred (motivated new graduates are welcome to apply) Strong communication skills and a patient-centered, ethical approach to care Interest in working within a multidisciplinary clinic environment Willingness to support weekend availability (preferred) to meet patient demand and accelerate caseload growth Job Type: Part-time Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour Work Location: In person
